STRAIGHT PACK LEMON PURÉE (31 LB CTN)
Description
Lemon Purée is made by finely grinding parts of the whole lemon fruit. The juice is then concentrated under low temperatures and high vacuum, then blended with fresh, pulpy juice and a portion of a freshly pressed peel. The purée is then frozen at zero degrees Fahrenheit.
