STRAIGHT PACK CRANBERRY PURÉE (33 LB)
Description
Cranberry Purée is prepared by cooling a blend of cranberries, water and pressed cranberries. After cooking, the mixture is pumped through a finisher to remove the skins and seeds. The pasteurized purée is immediately canned or cooled, packed in drums and frozen. Processing conforms to all provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
