Description

Black Raspberry Seedless Purée is obtained from properly washed, unacidified, unfermented, unsweetened, ripened black raspberries. The product contains no seeds or other extraneous materials. No preservatives should be added. The purée shall be processed and packed in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations.

Particle Size   Equivalent to one pass through a .0030 - .033 finisher screen.

Color   Typical of ripe black raspberries.

Flavor & Odor   Typical of ripened black raspberries, free from off flavors, no fermented notes, and no off odors.

Brix   11.0–14.0

Microbiological   No evidence of microbiological activity.

Packaging   Product is packed in plastic container with a net weight of 28 pounds.

Storage   Product to be stored at a temperature of zero degrees Fahrenheit or below.

Shelf Life   24 month minimum at zero degrees Fahrenheit or below.
