Apricot Purée shall be prepared from sound, mature, fresh apricots, which have been sorted and washed, to assure a clean, wholesome product. Finished product and packaging shall conform with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and to all applicable state and local regulations. The product shall be manufactured in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations issued by the Federal Food and Drug Administration.
