IQF SLICED PEACHES (40 LB CTN)
Description
The product and processing facilities shall conform to the applicable provisions of the of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended. Processing operations are under continuouse USDA inspection. All casses shall be marked with legible production codes. No metal staples for case closure may be used. Double wall strength cases are used. Properly ripened yellow peaches are washed, pitted, peeled, sorted, sliced, graded, frozen and paced in a 40 lb polyethylene lined case. Product shall have good flavor and odor. Product shall be USDA Grade A.

IQF PEACH CHIPS (40 LB CTN)
Description
Peaches are peeled, pitted, washed, cut and trimmed to ensure a clean, wholesome product. The peaches are prepared individually quick frozen (IQF) in accordance with good manufacturing practices, packed with ascorbic acid and citric acid, to retard oxidation and conform to U.S. Grade B, as defined in the U.S. Standards for Grades of Frozen Peaches, effective July 3, 1961, except for size and character within the following modifications.
Packaging
Product shall be packed in 40 lb corrugated fiber cases with poly film liner. All containers shall be legibly marked with five digit numerical, and a letter code.
Color
Frozen peaches possess a bright color, reasonably uniform, reasonably well-ripened, to well-ripened peaches. Not more than 20% by weight, of the drained and thawed peaches may possess a slight tinge of green or slight tinge of brown color, due to oxidation. Score 16-20 points.
Size & Symmetry
A fairly comparable size of peach that has been sifted through a 1” screen.
Defects
Product is practically free from harmless extraneous matter, in addition to the following criteria.
Character
Product possesses a tender texture characteristic of mature, reasonably well-ripened peaches and the units after defrosting and proper handling retain good conformation and fairly uniform texture. Score 24-30 points.

5+1 SLICED PEACHES (30 LB PAIL)
Description
Properly ripened yellow gem-type Freestone peaches are washed, pitted, peeled, sorted, sliced, graded and frozen in a plastic pail. Fruit is packed in a 50 Brix sucrose packing media. USDA Grade A determined on thawed product.
