Description
Dried Red Tart Cherries are produced by infusing red tart pitted cherries in a sugar solution to a specified Brix range. The fruit is dried to a specified moisture range, sprayed lightly with sunflower oil and packaged.

Packaging
Dried whole products are shipped in a corrugated box lined as follows: Net weight 10 or 25 lbs, high density polyethylene bag.

Kosher Certification 
Glycerated
All dried fruit products are available glycerated, to reduce water activity and increase shelf stability. Glycerated products can be custom ordered between 4–14% glycerine (± 2%) and are available whole, julienne sliced or diced.
