INFUSED DRIED CULTIVATED BLUEBERRIES

Description

Dried blueberries are prepared in accordance with good manufacturing practices, by infusing cultivated blueberries in a sugar solution and subsequently drying the infused fruit to a specified moisture content. The finished dried fruit is sprayed lightly with oil, visually inspected and metal-sorted before packaging.
